Thank you for the report, should be fixed for 2.4.5.

You can get the pre-release from ChangeLog, for this fix only the file 
pub/lib/pmwiki-core.css changed:

   https://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/ChangeLog

When you replace a CSS file on your server, make sure you clear the 
browser cache, hold down Shift and press on the circular arrow button.
