[pmwiki-users] RFC: Raising Minimum PHP Version Requirement

Hi all,

as a rule I work on stable Debian versions, so much more important for 
me are corrections for the latest stable PHP than a compatibility with 
older versions.

Thanks Patrick and Petko for creating and maintaining PmWiki, which is 
my favorable tool for presenting personal and scientific content to my 
collaborators and students and the public.
