[pmwiki-users] Can't edit pages after upgrade

The Monobook cookbook page has an updated script "monobook72.php" that 
can replace the one in the skins/monobook folder:

   https://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Skins/Monobook

The (:notabs:) directive should work on recent PHP versions.
