[pmwiki-users] Have image.webp compatible with Thumblist recipe

I'm an FTP user, so I like the idea of being able to easily locate the
thumbnails and easily delete the entire subdirectory of thumbnails from the
original uploads folder rather than navigating to a parallel tree.
And I use per page uploads, so perhaps
uploads/Group/Page/.thumbnails/th160---file.jpg.webp (dot or
underscore?)
I confess I did not know about $UploadPrefixQuota
