[pmwiki-users] Have image.webp compatible with Thumblist recipe

A good addition thanks.
I also like the idea of the thumbnails (in fact all hidden files (names
starting with ".")) in a sub-directory of the directory the original images
are in.
I strongly support thumbnails being in WebP, or at least a (default) option
to do so.
