[pmwiki-users] Looking for a recipe that creates pages from templates

Can anyone point me at a recipe with functionally similar to this:

Some sort of create new page link (or linked into the PmWiki create new
page)
that when selected checks what template pages are in scope (e.g. as
identified by page name or category)
and then offers the user a list of these pages, including the default new
page (if any), and allows the user to enter a new page's name (aka
NewPageBoxPlus) for the template selected?
