Yes, you are right, there is an error in the triad.php file, you could also
replace

    "SetTmplDisplay('PageHeaderFmt', 0)");
with
    SetTmplDisplay('PageHeaderFmt', 0));
and
      "SetTmplDisplay('PageTitleFmt', 0)");
with
        SetTmplDisplay('PageTitleFmt', 0));
