[pmwiki-users] IncludeUrlMarkup

I am using this recipe to include the content of some other pages:

https://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/IncludeUrl

I noticed that there seems to be a cache somewhere in the pmwiki   and that
even if the included page has changed the wiki page is not immediately
updated, sometimes for an hour.

It is not cached in the browser, I had made a Crtl+F5 reload in Chrome.

I tried setting this for the calling page
$EnableIMSCaching = 0;
but without result.

Any ideas?
