[pmwiki-users] New recipe: LazyLoading

Hello,

This new recipe instructs browsers to fetch pictures only when they are 
about to appear on the screen:

     https://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/LazyLoading

It may be useful if you have long (tall) pages with pictures or 
thumbnails below the fold, especially for visitors on mobile devices.
