I you deal with complete newbie, the best way is to say: do not try to 
make any composing. The only important thing to know is to let  a blank 
line between paragraphs.

any other thing can be let in text form.

and there is a small but sufficient help at the bottom of the edit page, 
no more difficult than any text processor
