[pmwiki-users] Syntax highlighting recipes

I just got 1 hour free to make some tests updating SourceBlock to PHP7
with Github's GeSHI release v1.0.9 and found that the highlighter
wasn't fully compliant:

Ironically, a fix has already been committed but not released
(https://github.com/GeSHi/geshi-1.0/commit/ed9f49a7c7a195f6ed2bc864f5ce03b990b5867d)

Anyway, I updated the recipe itself.
