[pmwiki-users] problem with PHP7

It'd be fairly trivial to update them....except for the AMmathjax.php
one, for which the author did not include any sort of licensing
agreements (GPL, etc).

Remember authors: even if you don't care, the law does, so slap a
"GPLv3" or some such in a comment.
