[pmwiki-users] Pagelist using wrong version of page's Summary

I confirm that when a page is updated by a recipe via the recommended  
UpdatePage() function, the "change summary" attribute is not modified unless  
the recipe sets it explicitely. And PmForm doesn't set it explicitely.
