[pmwiki-users] New Table of Contents recipe: AutoTOC

Hello. This is a new cookbook recipe for a simple table of contents.

It is "automatic", it doesn't require the addition of some markup in the wiki 
page, the TOC will appear right before the first heading inside the page 
content, and only on pages with 3 or more headings. It is posible to place the 
TOC block elsewhere in the page or in the sidebar or header.
