[pmwiki-users] Why do we need lots of "vspace"?

please excuse my persistence, but I'm still curious.

As I wrote, I found two cases:

"...vertical space between a heading and its subsequent paragraph to
be smaller than the vertical space between paragraphs"

More vertical space if I put _two_ empty lines
between heading and text.

Is there more?
