Hi all,

The largest heading is not included in the table of content using
HandyTableOfContent.

Neither of these wiki code examples work:

An ugly workaround is to to include an heading before the first one
largest heading:

(:htoc:)

= Heading 1 =

= Heading 1 =



(:htoc:)

= =

= Heading 1 =



I'm running PmWiki 2.2.22 on Debian 6 Squeeze.

It doesn't make any difference if I enable or disable creole or not.

Any ideas how to fix this?
