You've copied the pmwiki files in the root directory. It's perfectly
fine, but don't try to reach the installation in
http://obtcc.org/pmwiki/ or http://obtcc.org/index.htm/

When reading http://obtcc.org/pmwiki.php I get some errors:

I guess you don't install everything on your server because
http://obtcc.org/wikilib.d/ and other system folders such as pub,
scripts etc are not present.
