No, there isn't. Ultralightbox is a replacement for an existing slideshow 
plugin called Lightbox (with the Mini gallery) but simpler and smaller. It 
tries to implement only the essential features of a picture gallery/slideshow 
rather than add new ones.

On the other side, you could let your users leave comments in your page below 
your gallery. There are a number of recipes for that, see:

(PmForm) at the end of the page:
