[pmwiki-users] Recipe check on FoxNotify

Recipe check gives FoxNotify a date of 
20110-03-10

My version is actually 2010-03-10, which seems to be, up to a typographical error, current.
I don't know how to fix  the pmwiki database for this obvious typo, otherwise I would.

Not a big thing.  Fox Notify works well.
