[pmwiki-users] Making homepage links inoperative until newcomers register first

Hans,
In wiki.d/ there is no Site.GroupAttributes file or anything similar.
However in wikilib.d there is a SiteAdmin.GroupAttributes file, which has this in it:

name=Site.GroupAttributes
passwdread=@lock
passwdedit=@lock
passwdattr=@lock

And there is a Site.GroupAttributes file with this in it:
name=Site.GroupAttributes
passwdedit=@lock
passwdattr=@lock

What's next?
