[pmwiki-users] RFC: Localization InterMap

Hi Simon,

If too geeky, I think it is no problem to keep "Localization/" as group on pmwiki.org
since this group is not part of the distribution. This way the RFC require less changes.
But I still like "PmL10n" more as intermap name, than "PmLocal" for previous described reasons.
