No. Only authuser.php is included, apart from what is asked for
on the AuthUserSignup page.
Result: when opening Login.Signup, I get a white page, and can't open
any other pages, as php or something is caught in a twist. I have to
restart all services (I use WAMP locally on XP).

Yes, I agree with you as far as it should be a very simple thing
to install. And it needs to be secure.
