[pmwiki-users] Force username AND password login (NOT just password)

After the third clean install, IT WORKS! Thanks for all your 
suggestions. The documentation is not very clear for a beginner as to 
what code goes into what file at first sight, but it is totally useful 
and complete in the end, it just need more than one careful reading.
