[pmwiki-users] Bulk Change with FoxReplace

To do this, and if you have access to wiki.d,
then I what I do is simply run a text editor that allows search and replace
over multiple files (I use Weaverslave) and simply do the change to all the
page source files (take a backup first yadda yadda)
