Modify the Site.PageNotFound page at /pm2/site-new to redirect to the
page with the same name at /pm1/site-existing. You'll need to get a
recipe to enable interwiki redirect or something, I'm using a custom
solution (mostly Cookbook.Sisterly) so I'm not sure what's available.
