[pmwiki-users] random quote

Hi,

I'm trying to use the random quote recipe.
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/RandomQuote

The recipe inserts the quote ok; however, the quotes never change. I get the
same quote every time the page is reloaded.

Has anybody run into this problem and is there a fix?

I'm running pmwiki-2.2.0-beta65
