[pmwiki-users] Rating cookbooks: a concrete suggestion

I've only seen requests for technical help or suggestions for
improvements on comments pages. i don't wish or expect anyone wading
through this, unless he is looking for some help and scanning if the
question was answered before.

I think a page section for recommendations would be more useful, so
that recommendations are separate from help requests.
