I sent this email 10 days ago and got no answer.  Any suggestion?

I'm creating a new site with 2.2.8. I just did a refcount: missing
and I get this list:

The SRitch ones are OK. I haven't finished them yet, but why so many
of PmWiki's internal pages are reporting missing (this is from my own
website)?
