The current version fixes a problem with (:if exists Page:) which always 
returned false on PHP 5.3 (I have no idea why it worked in 5.2) -- so if your 
wiki doesn't use this conditional, or if it runs on PHP 5.2 or older, the 
upgrade is not urgent.

If you run on PHP 5.3, you need at least version 2.2.7, or you may have to 
login multiple times -- not really a security issue, but a great annoyance.
