[pmwiki-users] Submitting a new recipe

How can I submit a new recipe to PmWiki?  I've looked around the Cookbook 
Group and I can't find any documentation on how to actually submit a 
recipe.  I have written a CAS Authentication Recipe that I would like to 
submit.  Thank you in advance.
