Wouldn't putting a link with the ?action=print at the end work?  Somthing 
like the following:

[[{$FullName}?action=print | $[Print] ]]

That's what is pulled from the Site.PageActions page.  But the full line 
for it is:

%item rel=nofollow class=print 
accesskey='$[ak_print]'%[[{$FullName}?action=print | $[Print] ]]

So, if you add that to each page, you should have your Print option right 
there.
