The page variable to display the challenge is {$Captcha},
not {$CaptchaChallenge}.  (There is no {$CaptchaChallenge} page
variable.)

With the new version of the Captcha recipe there's no need
to set $FmtPV['$Captcha'] as in the first version of the email
I sent.
