Do we have some documentation, perhaps in a cookbook recipe, how to
expand the ?action=attr form to include more fields, which will be
saved as page attributes?

I appreciate that ?action=attr has been used just to set passwords,
but for those who need a 'Creator' page attribute it may be important
that this value is tamper proof, and therefor cannot just be inserted
in the page text as a page variable. Page attributes can provide a
tamper-proof location of sensitive data.

If PmWiki already supports this in the core, then all we need is a recipe
outlining how to add extra fields, and how to add the page variables
to display this data.
