I've just had a try at that: it doesn't seem to want to work....

Do I need to modify either of the cookbook files?

Could that be because I'm also using htpasswd/htgroup? (It certainly
breaks that, too)

Ideally, I'd like to use the htpasswd/htgroup logins to control who has
access to the "operator" area of the wiki, but use OpenId for the rest.

Finally, is it possible to block particular users or OpenId servers?
