[pmwiki-users] Cannot proceed with installation normally, please help

Hi

Just a quick thought, could there be any spaces added into the extension part 
of the name of pmwiki.php such that the browser thinks that it is of another 
mime type. Failing that try downloading a fresh copy of the file and copying 
that in in case somehow the first few characters are corrupted (should mirror 
mime type - encoded)
