[pmwiki-users] flyover title for anchor?

Is there some way in wiki markup of adding a flyover title to an anchor, 
resulting in html of

<a href="whatever" title="I am flyover text">click me</a>

?

Was there talk at one time of allowing

[[whatever|click me|I am flyover text]]

?

Is this coming, or is there another way?
