[pmwiki-users] fmt=#description weirdness

Whoopee! I figured this out:
the line
(:if ! equal {=$Description} '':)
- {=$Description}
should be:
(:if ! equal {=$Description}:)
-{$Description}
I'm not sure what the quotes were for on the original, but they seem
to repeat the description for the pagelist for all of the descriptions
if I leave it in. I'll change the example on pmwiki.
