This really isn't as bad as it looks, just a series of
fields and values:

field=value

The values might look strange though, but after some
careful analysis they will make sense to you.  For
starters, look at the text= entry, that is the wiki
text of that page, Site.InfoBar (with funky characters
such as the returns substituted)!  See here for more
