[pmwiki-users] Notify on windows

I am running  Pmwiki-2.2.0, on a Windows 2003 server. I am not able to
configure Notify to send emails. Here's what I have tried:

Added following to the local/config.php file

$EnableNotify = 1;
$NotifySquelch = 100;
$NotifyList[] = 'notify=ujaval at gmail.com';

ini_set('SMTP','smtp.gpsinindia.com');
ini_set('sendmail_from','admin at gpsinindia.com');

But no emails are being sent out. I have other programs installed in this
server and they are able to use the SMTP server to send emails.

Any further help will be appreciated..
