[pmwiki-users] Recording who deletes something

Is there a way of recording *with the file* the Author who deleted the
page?
With one wiki that I administer, I had the DeleteAction recipe because
I thought it would be more convenient, but I then found that people
would (accidentally) delete files and I had no way of determining
who did it. So I ended up restricting deletion permissions to certain
trusted users.

But I think I would actually prefer to be able to have deletion
allowed for anyone who can edit, *provided* that there was some way that
the deletion was put into the page's history, so that when I, the
administrator restored an accidentally deleted page, I could know whose
knuckles to whap.

I'm not interested in using a logging recipe; that seems too much
trouble to me.
