Anno,

I love your InlineDiff Cookbook recipe, but it would be helpful for  
farm implementations if you would use "$FarmD/cookbook/.../name.php"  
in all of the cookbook references.  You will also need to include

global $FarmD;

These changes should not affect non-farm wikis and will ease the  
installation for farm wikis.
