[pmwiki-users] How to create a new sidebar/pages

I am only an occasional user, so this might seem obvious.

I have a top level page and sidebar for a 2006 project.  We wish to
create another toplevel page and new sidebar for a 2007 project with
other pages coming off the new sidebar.  I can't find information how to
do this...

Help please.
