[pmwiki-users] Problem with Cookbook:GeneratePDF

I'm having a bit of a time getting GeneratePDF to behave.
Specifically, when I attempt to create a PDF, HTMLDOC's help message
is displayed instead. I got similar behavior when I tried to create a
PDF from a GeneratePDF temp file, with the following caveat.

Apache is the webserver username, and when a temp file is created (in
wiki.d), the permissions are 0600. As my own user, I lacked read
access. This generated the same behavior as when trying to use
GeneratePDF. However, when I changed the permissions to 0644, I was
able to call HTMLDOC as myself and generate a PDF. Thus, I'm left with
the opinion that HTMLDOC has encountered a permissions issue and just
fails to report it.

No error message is found via any logs. Safe_Mode is off. I can't
become Apache to test.
