[pmwiki-users] Absolute URLs, why does it generate them?

wget doesn't need shell access? Runs over to Google and ... yep, even got a
Windows version. I saw command line stuff on the cookbook page and assumed the
worst.

It's on the list to try once the main (read: not so slow it's annoying) machine
is up and running again.
