There once was a page PmWiki.BlockStyles, but I think
I refactored its contents into the PmWiki.WikiStyles
and removed it.  The only page that refers to it on pmwiki.org
appears to be PmWiki.BlockMarkup, and that's not a part
of the standard documentation (so I think it's a candidate
for removal).
