Not at all. And it surprised me.

In page Site.TitleBar it was

>>pagetitle center<<
![[{*$FullName}?action=browse|{*$Titlespaced}]]
>><<

which produced
<div class='pagetitle  pagetitle' style='text-align: center;' >

I changed it to:

>>pagetitle<<%center%
![[{*$FullName}?action=browse|{*$Titlespaced}]]
>><<

which produces an acceptable
<div  style='text-align: center;' class='pagetitle' >

I uploaded a skin update to pmwiki.org.
