Eek!  

The best thing you can do is to place an edit password on your site,
to restrict editing to trusted users.  For example, to set an edit
password of "secret", add the following to your local/config.php file:

    $DefaultPasswords['edit'] = crypt('secret');

If for some reason you're unable to do that for your site, let us
know and we can offer some other suggestions.
