[pmwiki-users] Triad Skin Update

This is a major update to the Triad skin

Changes:
*added support for titlebar configuration via a TitleBar subpage.

This change affected most css pages, as well as the template
and skin.php file.

*added support for Cluster and Hg recipes.

When Cluster or Hg is installed the skin provides a number of
page variables: one for each Subpage {$SideBar}, {$RightBar} etc.
plus a "breadcrumb trail" of the clustered group links is/can be added
easily in the Site.TitleBar page.

All of the skin's subpages can be used for group clustering, i.e.
their content may be inherited by pages in groups down the cluster
line (also called subgroups).

* Updated TriadTips page and Triad-Configuration page.
