[pmwiki-users] help with form using AddDeleteLine2

Hi Martin,

  Thank you.  I left out the question initially - I apologize.

I am trying to get the form to work using the template page.  It used
to a few months ago and after revisiting, I discovered this problem.

I tried your solution to no avail.

Any other ideas?
