[pmwiki-users] MailPosts in 2.1.26

It's been replaced by the notify.php script.  See
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/Notify.  Most of the settings in
config.php are/can be the same as for mailpost, but this enables more
administration of the automatic notices from within the wiki.
